Bed guards at POFQ

We arrive really late (probably around 9pm US time) with 2 young kids (3 & 6). Could we request to have bed guards in the room already so we can just put the kids to bed without having to wait for someone to bring them to us?

I can't help with your question, but rolled up towels under the sheets can help if the guards don't arrive in time.

we need them for our son and despite asking and requesting for bed guards each time over the years we never got them until we arrived and phoned

they should arrive quite quick , phone housekeeping as soon as you get into the room

Good to know. Hope they really do arrive fast. Rolled up towels might work with the youngest but not the oldest. A bed guard barely keeps her contained!

In most Disney hotels the gap between the wall and the bed is about the same size as a standard suitcase sideways so I pop ours down the gap then no one can roll out on that side.

(The bed closest to the bathroom wall.)

This! I even phoned up to request from the UK and they still weren�t there when we arrived, had to put the kids to bed without them and stay awake til they brought them which was over an hour later due to the storm!

Our son is paralysed so we really needs these but even requesting via member services each year never been in the room, I just know now they are not going to be there and phone as soon as I enter the room

Can take about an hour for them to arrive
