Christmas Breakfast

What do you have for your Christmas breakfast> I usually heat up some croissants and have them with jam, we don't have a big breakfast as we want to leave room for dinner.

I usually have a warm croissant, the family have sausage or bacon sandwiches.

Pop Tarts. They were always a special treat when I was younger and we'd have them on Christmas morning and I've carried that on.

Breakfast is the best meal of the day for me.

A regular Christmas breakfast is scrambled eggs made with creme fraiche, smoked salmon, served on a toasted English muffin and accompanied by mimosa. A less regular Christmas breakfast we have is home made waffles served with strawberries and whipped cream. And mimosas, obviously.
