Im hoping they will be back next summer. The crowd levels need to be higher to justify the costs involved. We go next September, fingers crossed, and I would hope that at least one park has a show on by then. But if not its not a gamechanger for us...just a bit disappointing.

They might do a few limited showings of the fireworks. Maybe on certain days at certain parks instead of every night at every park... Bit of a happy medium, perhaps? Not that that would do anything to alleviate crowds at those parks on those days... but it might help with overall numbers...

Fireworks testing to take place in Epcot after hours on Wednesday from a tweet I saw last night.
Epcot resort area hotel guests have been advised that they might hear loud noises during the tests.
Possibly the first signs of them getting ready to bring fireworks back, possibly nothing.
