Holiday Cottage Site Recommendations?

Could you please recommend a website to book a holiday cottage? Last year we booked via Hoseasons and was looking to book via them again, but the cottage we were seriously considering and gone up in price by £30 overnight. Thank you.

I'd still book with a £30 increase, the price of self catering accommodation this year has massively increased.

We use Sykes Cottages for our annual family trip. Mum and dad book it and they didn't have any problems getting a refund on a trip to Wales last October that needed to be cancelled due to bubble sizes.

We’ve used Air B and B three times in the last year, I would recommend them, the cottages have been very good and you can choose places with the flexibility to cancel for any reason right up until the day you go, this was important for us, their review process is very good too, you do a review and the cottage owner reviews you, then when both are done they are published x

We booked with Airbnb this year and was very happy with the accommodation. It was cancellable until a few days before.
If the cottage you really like has only gone up by £30 to be honest I would just get it booked. If you wait, looking around, they will all have gone up.

We used unique cottages this year. Only Scottish destinations though.

If you find something you like at the right price then get it booked- even if there is a small increase.

£30 is nothing in the grand scheme of things - considering how booked up everything is!

We used cottages.com last year, they are the same group as Hoseasons, but I did find the prices slightly better on there.

We found the cottage we booked last year for out stay in the Lakes had increased in price by £400 in May this year. Pleased we booked it last year before the increase, we used Lakelovers they are part of the Skye Cottages.
