That article says 1 March, not 31 March. I've been reading about it in other places and all say 1 March.

I just got the email from them, I can understand why there doing it, but it’s dissapointing , we’re also getting two extra months added onto my annual pass for as compensation , which is ok, I think it’s inevitable that I won’t get on my dec trip , but least if I get for my March trip it will be open again

Exactly and Volcano Bay is currently open, has been since Universal re- opened. The same can't be said of the Disney water parks.

Yeah it's worrying.
That's when they plan to re-open but, as we're currently seeing, things are changing daily and getting constant cut backs.

Fingers crossed everything be back to "normal" pretty soon.

Aren’t Disney water parks always closed for a while over Winter anyway?
(I know they are not open at all currently)
