So I did this one when I got home and omg my legs. I can barely stand 😂🙈. I love it but it’s tough and that was only beginner level 😂 . I’m working at a farm tomorrow morning, I hope I will be able to move 😬

Walk a mile by Leslie Sansone

I’ve been doing the Leslie Sansone walk for about 3 weeks & I find them good. I started with 10 min, then went to 15. Now on 20 minutes - there are 6 x 20 min routines, so I mix it up.

I use the Bodyfit by Amy videos on you tube. She has over 350 workouts. Different lengths & types I love her workouts and down to Earth approach.

I like Lucy Wyndham-Read she has various challenges including ones that concentrate on different body parts. I like them as I'm not very fit so you can start off with short challenges and build up as you get stronger
