After a quick search On the Disney website, it says that they eat for free if sharing an adult meal (apparently at a buffet or family style this means they are allowed a plate) or a seperate meal can be purchased so, even though you’ve had a different experiences elsewhere, I doubt you’ll get too far with a complaint about that side of your experience. However, the allergy part needs looking at as I was under the impression that all the Disney restaurants were pretty hot on their allergy menu so this restaurant needs to up their game too. An email is a good idea, if only if it brings it to their attention so they can rectify it for people in the future.

I said in my first post that I should have realised. I only posted about infants not eating free because I didn't want anyone else to be caught out by the same assumptions. My only complaint around infants not eating free is that it's not clear in the information about the meal - it's advertised exactly the same way as Akershus which does allow infants to eat free. Other people have jumped all over me for this when it was literally a passing comment in my first post.

I have spoken with Disney and they have sent me gift cards as an apology for our allergy dining experience. I was also promised that my complaint would be passed on to the restaurant.
