The Police have said they WILL take an interest and use current licensing laws to stop these irresponsible idiots who care more about making money than anyone’s health.

But no one knows for sure if they are or not. It seems very silly though

My Son is nights tonight. Their main focus will be nighttime creeper burglaries and the increase in domestic violence due to people being in closer proximity than the norm.

Breaches of licensing laws will be so far down their radar it won’t feature. Plus they will be supporting the NHS with ambulance transport. Far more important.

You’d think ... yet if it spreads infection further ...
Interesting about DV but yes of course it would be increasing

Seems dumb to me, may as well put a neon open sign in the window!

Best to do it in the cellar and have all the lights off.

I read on facebook this morning that a pub near me has been busted for staying open last night.

Our local was known for lockins and getting the ashtrays out! Strangely its stayed closed but the barbers next door is open and had 5 or 6 people waiting for a haircut?

They still had ashtrays when I was a bar maid

The current licensing law has changed.

NO onsite drinking allowed. At all.

Their licence will be revoked. The message was pretty clear.
