WDW chicken

Can anybody tell me if the chicken served as part of a QS meal, eg the Dark Side chicken and waffles at Backlot Express in HS, is on the bone or not please?

The chicken and waffles isn't chicken on the bone but I can't speak for all chicken at WDW. Chicken tenders aren't on the bone.

For that specific meal, it's not on the bone. Here's the full description:
Dark Side Chicken and Waffles
Darth Vader Waffles topped with Chicken Breast Nuggets served with Maple Syrup

The only chicken on the bone that I'm aware of from experience are the half roast chicken at places like Cosmic Rays and Wolfgang Puck Express and chicken legs at sunshine seasons.
