I totally agree with you on this, to say I would be bored, would be an understatement, others may disagree though.

I don’t question that decision at all if you’re sure you don’t want more days. But let’s be realistic. You can’t do ‘a lot’ with £30.

That’s a different point. You can millions of things with £30. But you can’t do a lot. My point was the saving is a very small one in terms of the amount of money. So in terms of this thread the judgement is would you rather pay a bit more for a lot more flexibility which you may not use anyway (my choice, £120 more actually for four), or save a small amount but know you haven’t wasted a penny (Andybears choice). Both valid and dependent on circumstances. I will have young adults with me who may well Uber from Disney to universal unexpectedly. My point was a financial one though. A difference of £30 for a possible 11 extra days in the parks is very small. That £30 isn’t going to get you a day in another different park for example. It may buy one person one meal maybe.
