Flight change... help?
I have received an email from TC this morning regarding a change of flight for our September trip:
The email reads: Old flight details MT 2966 17-Sep-17 10:45 14:35 GLASGOW ORLANDO NEW FLIGHT DATA MT 2966 17-Sep-17 10:45 14:35 GLASGOW ORLANDO Due to operational reasons the operating carrier of your flight has been changed. The new operating carrier is TCX/Thomas Cook Airlines UK. Can anyone tell me what this means as the flight times are the same and I was under the impression I was flying with TC anyway. Thanks in advance

Could it be a different plane? Maybe check seat layout if you've already picked seats?

Have logged on and it seems to be the same layout and our pre-booked seats are still showing! Strange one

Just been on live chat with TC, apparently my return flight is now leaving Orlando at 16:05 instead of 16:35, however there was no mention of that on the email!
Great way to confuse customers!

Your original flight booking will have been on Airtanker... now on one of TCs own planes. Check your original booking. This happens with all airlines at times, stress not required
 As per Papamouse the Dibb TC expert. Edit Missed OPs no6 post, so just a time change?

I got the same email this morning. Used to be air tanker but now it's a TC all economy plane. My seats have been changed from extra legroom to standard though...
