I read that it was recommended for 10 and over but there is a height restriction of 48 inches.

I've just tried to book this AAAARRRRRRRRG
You select the date , time and then how many people, then put in your email address and all your credit card details then click BUY - then it tells you only 1 ticket available for this time, so you literally have to start again - I've tried 6 available time slots then to be told not enough spaces.
Why cant you put in I want 4 tickets and then the site gives you the slots available with four spaces

Yes, did it last Tuesday, it doesn’t last long but it’s an amazing experience especially if you’re a Star Wars fan.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm going to book this for dh, ds, dd and dd's partner - I believe you work in groups of 4. We are doing all things Star Wars at HS that day and I plan to surprise them with this at the end of the day. ds's partner and I will go for a cocktail

Is the “mission” scary? I would love to do this with my Dh and ds who will be 10 when we go in October just wondered how intense it is?

You put on a headset and a vest, the headset shows you scenes that make it feel like you are inside a spaceship, but you can walk around and touch objects, as the room/space you are in has objects inside it that mimic the virtual environment - for example, you can pick up a blaster from a rack (in reality the gun is very crude - a gun shaped object, but when you look at it through the visor you see it as a laser blaster). It feels like you walk much further, and there are other effects such as sound, air pressure, vibration etc to enhance the experience.

I loved it. My OH wasn't so keen, but I think that is because his headset wasn't so well fitted so his display was blurry.

Thanks for that description. I fear it would make me super nauseous but DS might enjoy it.
