Esb
So last time we went to TOTR so thought we should do ESB this time. When we went up TOTR we went so we saw it in the light and then watched the sky go dark and everything lit up. Would you do ESB at a similar time or a different time? Any recommendations that would be great...
TIA

I personally try to time visits to observation decks to sunset to see the changing light.
With ESB I am less concerned with this, though, simply because I think the skyline looks more impressive when the ESB is seen within it, ie from TOTR! I’ve done ESB both during the day and at night and prefer daytime, with TOTR pick for sunset.

We enjoyed TOTR, although it can be misty at dusk, which is why I wouldn't book in advance unless time is limited. A clear night without rain is fantastic.
If I had to choose one though it would be ESB, not because it offers better viewing, but just because we wanted to go up ESB. |

This is why we are going this time (plus it’s where chuck waited for Blaire - Gossip Girl fan here )
