things to do in Disney springs or near by at 9am?

I am planning to do amorettes cake making class at disney springs with my 10 year old. My youngest is not old enough for this so I am doing perfectly princess teaparty another day with her. I can't drive so DH will drive us there but will need to keep youngest entertained for an hour and a half (the class is at 9am and I believe the shops in DS dont open until 10:30). Does anyone know what he could do with our youngest?

Walk over to Saratoga Springs? It would probably be too early to rent a Surrey bike but they would get a snack or breakfast?

You could get an Uber to Disney Springs and then your husband could meet you there later when the class is over.

Get yourself an Uber there so hubby can take your other child to an EMH theme park. They could get several great rides in before picking you up or meeting up again. Much better than hanging around. There�s nothing to do there before the shops open.
