Does anyone own an expensive designer handbag?

I have a few Mulberrys - some bought new, some pre-loved. There are lots of FB selling groups just for designer bag brands but pays to have them authenticated first.
Hoping to get a LV for my big birthday this year.

I can't understand at all why somebody would want to spend lots of money on a handbag
On the other hand, most people don't understand why I have three horses
So if it's what you really want, have it.
Afterwards you will be broke but at least it doesn't need feeding every day

We bought DD a mulberry for Christmas the year before I retired. We had the money then so it was a one off.

Yes . I use them regularly and love them. And had some years still great condition wise as years back.

I haven't got a designer bag but I did buy a Dooney & Burke purse in WDW last year . I love it, use it all the time, and get so many compliments about it.

I have a LV Alma which DH bought me years ago for Christmas. The only problem is I not comfortable using it because of the cost. I tend to use my Kipling or Osprey bags if I go shopping. xxx

I had a lovely Calvin Klein one which after only 6 months got marked and I couldn't remove the stain, so the bag was ruined. Luckily I got it from TK Maxx, so didn't pay full price. Something to bear in mind though xx

My wife loves Kate Spade bags and normally gets one each trip to Florida, she loves the quirky animal bags.

Another Handbag lover guilty as charged, I use my MK one every day for work but I also have, Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade, Gucci, LV and St Laurent. I am fussy and classic in my choices but use them all and never regretted. I do get bag shamed by my other half but if he can have £300 jeans, I can buy myself the odd nice bag, my LV I saved for 12 months for but wouldn't change it or sell it.
