Their music has been the story of my life and the soundtrack to it too  As much as I love Springsteen , The Alarm were the band I found as a young lad and have stuck with them . For my family and for The Dibb to actually understand all of this is pretty mad!

 A band to recognise the years of dedication really does mean something. Can't thank Jules enough- cancer survivor and such a strong person for her children and husband. It has been her thoughtfulness that has allowed all of this to happen 
Every single person connected to the band have been so fantastic with our boys, Josh and I went to York to see the band in November last year - it was over 14's so Joe missed out. We managed to chat with Smiley ( drummer) his first question was - where's my drummer boy? To have a band that connect so much with their fans is so different than the expected response these days. The only down side is - I have set unreasonable expectations for my lads and their future gig going

Wow, certainly a day of dreams! I’ve never heard of Alarm but I just watched the YouTube video of Two Rivers and really enjoyed it
 I can tell by the emotional in your voice how much the day meant to you and your family

Just pleased that the rest of my family understand They completely get what a band they are today , and less so what they were when I was growing up. New album Sigma has a different version of Two Rivers - it may be the curtain call for this trip

What an amazing day
...I’m a little bit gutted for you that you didn’t have a hotel booked for the night especially when you said free bar! Nevertheless what a fabulous memory, I’m still smiling at the drumsticks photo never mind the tales from the rest of the day.
