Mobile Alamo charges

Got the sun pass with Alamo and I think we only went through tolls on 4 or 5 days as we managed to work out how to avoid them and also thought that there was a maximum charge anyway of $19.95 per rental so would just accept that.

When we got home the credit card we used got charged $16.05. No problem. Cleared my card. Like it at 0 better 😄

Week later there is now a charge of $5.45

So that’s $21.50. Has it gone up ? Wondering if to expect any other charges.

Yes the Alamo Sunpass admin fee is $19.75 maximum which you will have hit at 5 days but toll fees are on top.

They may also hit your card in more than one transaction as it depends on when the road authority invoice Alamo.

It’s ok. I’m being thick. I’ve looked and I get it now.

Thank you so much for that link that’s shown me exactly what I needed.

Next time in Florida least I’ll have more of an idea.

Can always count on you guys.

You might find the visitor toll pass better value, assuming they continue the trial. Info here
