Does anyone know if this has to be paid for in cash or can a DDP Table credit be used.

Phoned Disney and have been told that this is a separate ticketed meal and cannot be booked using DDP.
Thought I post answer in case anyone else was considering this meal experience. 😀😀😀

If you register on the House of Blues website there are always offers and vouchers. I got a $50 voucher for $30 or there was a $100 for $50. It depends how many of you are going and what you think you'll spend. Vouchers can't be used for alcohol though.

You would have to wait till nearer your holiday time as vouchers only last a few months.
