Buses at Endless Summer Resort

We are staying at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Orlando International Drive North for a few nights which is 0.7 miles to Endless Summer Resort.

Is it ok to walk there and catch a bus over to the Parks and Citywalk for BMG?
If so, how often do the buses run and how easy to get them plese?

The buses are usually for hotel guests, I assume you would have to show a room key or something that shows you are staying in he hotel. In Rosen Inn International we had to give in a receipt and the driver checked everyone�s of them !.

It will be interesting if they do anything different for this hotel, because of I-drive location, because the buses and boats at Universal can be used by anyone just like Disney at the moment.

The buses run every 15 minutes until 2a.m. I doubt they'll be available for anyone who wants to use them from the other surrounding hotels, they'd get way too busy around park opening and closing times.

They don't check if you are staying there. We used them numerous times 3 weeks ago. They run every 15 mins to Volcano Bay and Citywalk. We used them during the day and the buses were pretty empty each time.

At busy times (park closing / park opening) this might change and they might check like they do with the boat service at the deluxe hotels at really busy times.

If the buses are not busy, I would hope Universal would not mind as you are a paying customer of theirs using the parks. Disney let you use their buses and boats when not staying on site.

It would be unreasonable if floods of people from I Drive start using it and the people staying there cannot get on the bus. We didn't use them at park closing for that reason.
