Question Any tips for the Marvel Hotel?

Hi. We're staying at the Marvel Hotel, DLP, soon. Just wondered if anyone who has stayed there previously has any hot tips for making the most of it? What do we need to know?

Do the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities? Fridge? Toiletries?

We may wish to use the pool. Is there a booking system, or do we just turn up? Do they provide towels? (We have limited luggage.)

Also, is there a grocery store (SPAR-type place) within walking distance where we might buy a few snack bits?

Any info./hints/tips appreciated. Thank you!

They have tea/coffee in the room, also toiletries. No fridge

There's a couple of shops in the station or the garage at Santa Fe where you can buy drinks and snacks.

Pool, just turn up. I've been swimming there for years but last time they provided towels.

There are several different character stickers to collect around the hotel - you can get them in the dining, shops, bars and kids area.

In the kids area, they have drawing classes during the day

Make sure you book in advance for the character meets, you can do it in the app about a week beforehand

Have a look at the newspaper you get in check in!

If you have breakfast, it’s served in both restaurants so you can experience them if you’re not doing dinner

There are some surprises around the place, for example we found right at the end of the corridor on our floor was a picture you couldn’t see unless you went right up to it

Bleaker street lounge isn’t as popular but shows sports, including football matches

The shop sells a very small amount of drinks and snack bits - very small! If you need things, it’s worth asking as it turned out they had things like batteries from a separate list in the shop if you asked. You can’t buy things like paracetamol from normal shops in France so make sure you have some!

Thank you! It seems maybe some rooms have fridges and some don't. We'll have to see when we get there. Really useful to know about the shops near Santa Fe and the other useful tips.

Really appreciate folks taking time to reply.

Art of Marvel is a huge step up from the others. Very glitzy rooms, with fridges and coffee makers as standard.

I wouldn’t bother going to the garage beyond Santa Fe for snacks. There are several shops in Marne la Vallee station.

Can someone explain a bit more about breakfast? Is it the same in the two restaurants? Is club level breakfast served somewhere different?

Thank you. We're mainly interested in things to buy for snacks in the evening after the parks, and for breakfast. Possibly milk too, if there's definitely a fridge. Information about the rooms on the Disney site is scant, and it's difficult to know from reviews online as so many contradict each other!

The two restaurants are next to next and there isn’t a wall between them, so at breakfast you can sit in either.
