Mobile Saving credit card details to My Disney Experience?

Have tried 3 different credit cards via both PC and App but details just won't save. Anyone had similar issues and found a solution? Thanks.

I’m sure you can do it at reception on arrival. Others may confirm this.

Is this when you try and make a reservation or from the Manage Account screen?

I found I couldn't do it when paying for something but was able to in the profile page and the "Payment Methods" screen

I have added mine though the payments methods accessed through the profile page. I have just looked at it again and I can’t see that there would be any tricks to it. I have elsewhere found that phone numbers in the wrong format prevent some things from processing but this page doesn’t have phone number.

I would try a different card? Make sure it has a reasonable amount of expiry date on it? Ring up if all else fails. You would need to get your card connected if you plan to make any ADRs.

You don't need the card on file to make ADRs but it will mean entering card details for every reservation.

I had issues adding a fairfx and a revolt card in the past.
