How does it work at the moment then? Is 1 snack still worth approx $6 or is it one snack for 1 bar of chocolate?

I am sure they will be more annoyed when there sales drop. The shop still gets paid of Disney just like a credit card.
It sounds like Disney stopping them from using it, as it’s disney who benefits if you don’t use your credits .as they have already got your money upfront
They told us it was something to do with the tills and how Disney processes it , we spent ages trying to sort it out .

When we had the QSDP on 2016 & 2017 they only let you have the bars then , it was one bar for a SC , you couldn’t get the squares or anything else except I think Hot choc.

It’s one snack credit for one bar of chocolate. But bars are on offer - buy three get one free. So for three snack credits you get four bars.

We were there mid November. They told us 1qs credit equal to $18.
We were going to get 2 bags of squares and use 2 credits. The assistant said you will get more if you use the tins and their offer of 2 tins for $22. Two assistant packed all the squares into the tins and stuck them down with tape. Then they made up the difference with bars of mint bark using the buy 3 get 1 free.
Can’t believe how many squares and snowmen they got in the tins
Hoping they have reinstated the dining plan when we return in September.

We’ve always found caramel squares cheaper in the supermarkets. Have never had the peppermint bark.
