There are some local ones targeted specifically at us. I succumbed to colleagues persuasions. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Came out less miserable but still old.

Now, if it could fix that too, I would be there every week!

Our son is autistic and they have one every year at his old college (he's now 22). I'd never heard of them but he loves it and it works well to limit outside noise etc.
