Let me guess, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando?

Nice hotel, not flashy, but fantastic location... stayed there a week before CBR in 2014.

Avoid at all costs the Pizza Hut which is almost next door! It's woeful!

They don't really need to stick to IDrive?

EDIT: Just noticed the title - but I am sure they could venture a bit further away ?

We have stayed on I-Drive a few times now, my choice from your list:

Miller’s
Longhorns
Bahama Breeze

We were not fans of Olive Garden and Ci Ci’s but have only been twice.

Denny’s and I-HOP are both fab for eat-in breakfast and dunkin donuts are great for a take away breakfast (like bacon, egg and cheese bagels or muffins). You will be spoiled for choice 😊

Yes indeed, we usually stay two weeks on site, but fancy getting out and about a bit more this time, perhaps eat and drink in CityWalk after our Universal days, we felt like on the dining plan we didn't want to spend any extra since we essentially had food already paid for waiting for us.

Yeah the Rosen at Pointe looks to have a prime position! and free parking! What a dream!

Thanks for the shout out against Pizza Hut, probably would have wandered in there on a tired evening unknown, would serve us right to trust the brand name haha

We will have a car for the whole of the first week, so happy to head further afield if there is a particular unmissable opportunity. However we are hoping to have a few more grown up evenings during our off site week than our usual Disney bubble stay.

I'm thinking abandon the car, and have some dinner and cocktails and a walk back to the hotel, feels like a nice opportunity to enjoy International Drive

Clearly Millers and Longhorns are must do's almost everyone has put that in their top three! Thanks for sharing!

I mist admit though, that out of that entire list BB really caught my attention, if it tastes as well as it reads we are in for a treat!

We love Bahama Breeze, best Key Lime Pie EVER, however they don’t do Happy Hour at the I-Drive location

The cocktails are great and the fish tacos and coconut shrimp are delicious too, you are going to have a great time working your way through all the Restaurants!

Well happy hour or not, I hope it will be worth it

Yeah I'm sure we will, we only have the QSDP for our second week, so hoping to splurge a little while off site haha

Add Hash House a Go Go to that I-Drive hot spot list. I'm also a BIG fan of Carrabba's Italian Kitchen, mostly notably their Sicilian chicken soup and lasagna. And, the hottest spot...just off I-Drive on Sand Lake is Rocco's Tacos. Google it. Hot spot!
