I used the menopause and found it very good. Cut out caffeine and alcohol too. It helps with the jitters, and anxiety! I had heart palpitations which were hormone related.

There is a shortage of Epipens and similar, pharmacies have told me they get two in a week, I took that stock last week as I’m allergic to penicillin, but worrying if you have a more unavoidable allergy!

The majority yes. We get told it's not to do with Brexit but we believe otherwise as we never had these issues before.
Epipens are also a huge issue. It's scary

Thanks. I ask because I ordered something from a photographer friend, who in turn had it made in Germany. About six weeks ago he was given his money back and was told that it was because of Brexit that the manufacturer could not do it.

Sooooo. I’ve been to gp and she has given me Elleste solo 1mg tablets.
Estradiol in tablet form . I said I can cope with flushes but not wanting to stab randomly and insomnia. She asked if patches stopped those symptoms and said tablets will be fine?
