We have been to both the U.K. one quite regularly when we had merlin passes and lived an hour away. I prefer Windsor to Florida you do queue more than say chessington as most of the rights are slow capacity but there are always rides that have short queues. The gardens are nice we like it.
Florida we were disappointed in, it don’t know how much of this was because we had just come from Disney, the rides were probably better than Windsor but not all Lego based, the issue we had was the people visiting were very different from Disney and queueing was something that most thought optional. |

We didnt like Windsor, as everyone else says... too busy and queues and looks tired, so we now drive 30 mins down the road to Paultons Park.
Not done Orlando yet, but that may change with all of Disneys comings and goings :-) |

We did Legoland Florida in 2017. The day was a washout with the weather, rides rained off etc overall just a bit of a miserable day! Beautiful botanic gardens though which was actually my favourite part.
Legoland Windsor was done in Sep 2019. Glorious weather, so much so we could have been in Florida 🤣 Long queues though, we lucked out as ninjago broke down and we ended up with express passes for a couple more rides. Was a much more enjoyable experience overall than we had in Florida. This was just our experience though, and there were a few variables that contributed to our exerience in both parks, overall Windsor won it for me. I feel in Florida there's so much more to do and in terms of theme parks Legoland isn't the best. But a great short break in the UK. Edited at 06:29 PM. |
