Sorry can't help with the question as its our first time (well apart from one visit when I was little) but we are going 7 May from Manchester and staying in Kissimmee!

We are staying in the Ramada Gateway straight on the 192 which I think is near the Celebration Suites... we are not getting a car either and I've heard that you can't walk at all in that area... does anyone know more about this? On Google it certainly looks walkable but I know the Americas aren't really supportive of walkers! Any tips dibbers?

I think the Ramada Gateway is on west 192, which is not near the Old Town. You would not be able to walk to the Old Town from this hotel.

Yeah i thought that, isnt it up near the US27?
If its there its about milemarker 1 or 2 & Oldtown is at milemarker 9, so 7 or 8 miles away if that's any help.

It's about 12 miles from the US27.

Shardy, lots of people walk around the area that the Ramada Gateway Inn is in, there are restaurants, gift shops, fast food places and small local grocery stores nearby.
