Tui -still waiting
Hi
We are due to fly out to sanford in 18 days. Obviously this isn't going to happen but TUI still haven't cancelled. I want to book somewhere else but I can't just incase by some miracle we end up being able to go. Plus if Tui cancel we get 20% towards a rebook. Is anyone else in the same boat? |

We were cancelled 15 days out by TUI.
I really wasn't happy over how long they dragged it out. I think they are essentially calling customers bluff; you can change bookings to new date up to 14 days before travel and I think they want you to panic and swap rather than have to offer you a refund or the 20% discount incentive! We were offered the 20% discount but I chose not to rebook with them as I wasn't happy with how they had behaved. I had our money back within 7 days after requesting refund. Hang in there, I know how stressful it is x |
