I did too and they WhatsApp me straight back (and forth ) - had a lovely little exchange with them too over the weekend about my CDC booking

Keep getting this even between 9-5

They must be different centres as mine says open 9-9pm Mon - Fri and until 5pm Weekends - however they replied to me at 0705 thence I WhatsApp late at night

I was waiting 4.25 hours to change my internal flight with Virgin . Internal flights are on the same ticket as our international flights and I was scared I'd accidentally cancel the whole lot trying to do it online.
When he answered the guy was very helpful and actually said ' let me double check before I do anything because it sometimes cancels the outbound flights ' so pleased I didn't attempt it.
And I got 7 new songs to add to my playlist, I learnt the lyrics well enough to Google them and find out what they were
