Supermarket near Kissimmee Old Town

We are doing a split stay, and the first half of our holiday is in Kissimmee near the Old Town (Comfort Suites Maingate East). We aren't hiring a car, and I wondered if there were any large supermarkets close by?

We'll do a Garden Grocer order for the heavy stuff (cases of water etc) but we like having a look at the full selection, and previously have only been to the Publix near the outlets at the South end of I-Drive (when we were staying at WDW).

Theres a brand new Publix at Celebration, literally next door to Oldtown (dont know if its walkable though there is buses go up & down the 192.
Your nearest Walmart is on Vineland Road, also not walkable. Thers also a couple of Targets on the 192.

Publix is on the corner of the 192 & 535 I think it's marker 12 then target is next just a bit further along the 192 and then Wal-Mart is by marker 14

The Publix at Celebration (Water Tower) is walkable. There is a footpath. It will take you about 10 minutes, but it will depends on the heat and how much shopping you are carrying.

No advice, just wanted to say that we're staying at Comfort Suites Maingate East too, looks like we arrive around the same time going by our countdowns

I've never walked it, we usually have that much shopping to bring back it would be impossible! You could maybe walk there & get a taxi back if you have too much to carry.

There's a walmart just heading East turn left at the next junction you will see it on Google earth or maps
