We have always booked about 6 months in advance... and for a Saturday or Sunday!

We also book for early in our holiday, just in case there is one of those rare days when the park is closed due to inclement weather... it leaves you other days on which to rebook !

Get in the park as early as possible (7 ish) and leave when it closes... it is a fabulous day !

We always book asap after we've chosen a date, we booked last September for this July, just looking at their site, you can book right up until the end of December 2019!

This year as usual we have booked the first Saturday of the holiday just in case... This time we've booked the Elite package as there's 9 of us and we are doing the dolphin swim so it's really worth it for us. I've even booked a surprise second day as a relax day there as it's DS's dream to do 2 days at DC, got a cabana booked for that day too

We loved our cabana. Went in August and it was great for DH as a non swimmer. He chilled! We also did dolphin swim and sea venture, loved it!

Sorry to hijack but do most people book direct through Discovery Cove or through a third party?

I've booked through a third party - Orlando Attractions. I'd already decided to get my Universal tickets from them and just added DC.

Always book direct, I find its the best price and feel I have the security if anything should happen, weather wise.
I booked 2 days with them this time and got a great discount for the second day and a cabana for almost nothing
