Virgin Atlantic/ extra suitcase
Hi we've always took the one suitcase that's included with the economy booking , as my daughter will be going away for a year she wants to take an extra case. When she paid the balance on her flight she asked about adding the case and she was told you add it on when you check in online 24hrs before departure, is that right ?
