Don't use dollar at sanford

Your issue is dollar not usrentacar, funnily enough the only issue I had with car rental was Dollar at Sanford. Never again from me either.

Feel sorry for the hassle you've had after getting off along flight, but all the car hire firms are the same some people have no problems and if you search on hear a lot of people have had the same experience as you. as others have said always check your paper work before leaving the desk, these people are all on commission and will resort to anything to make you pay more for your hire.

Used them 4 times and always had great service and great cars , every company has good or bad employees . Personally I cant fault Dollar

Over the last 20 years we've used just about all the different car hire companies and BY FAR the worst experience we've has has been with Dollar.

Putting the grubby cars to one side - their staff who will genuinely LIE to you over additional items like insurance (to the extent that the guy told me he had added nothing and yet there was $111 additional insurance I expressly told him I didn't want).

The main problem with Dollar is if anything goes wrong. Their 'Customer Service' is effectively non-existent. For the sake of a few pounds my advice is DO NOT GO WITH DOLLAR!
