how many times have you been to disney orlando

First trip 1974, when there was only the Magic Kingdom
Then a long time with not much Disney in my life.
Then got a freebie to DLP and that opened the floodgates.
Back to WDW in 74 because of an article in Playboy! About the new drops on Tower of Terror, and it was cheaper to go to Orlando than Paris.
Couple of more trips and then bought DVC in 2000.
Used that extensively over the next years with 2 trips a year, one with DH for Star Wars weekends and one solo for actually doing stuff
And then moved to South Africa… when trips became few and far between.
Now finally going back this May, almost 50 years after my first trip!

Been going off and on since 1992 (I always forget if it was 92 or 93 but it was 92 as it was just after Hurricane Andrew), more intensely in the 1990s then from 2004 when my kids were born. I’ve been to the USA maybe 35 times or more in total, must have been to Florida over 20. I’ve visited 28 States now I think.
Done with the Disney parks for the foreseeable future as I finally don’t like what they have become with the Genie and other money grabbing.
DVC owner with 395 points, resort only stays from now on.

Wow! Can't believe this poll is now over 10 years old now! Last time I voted I put 10 times. Well, in 2 months' time I am going over for my 20th trip!

Since 1986 I've been 5 times to Florida and once to the one in California.

stopped counting about 20 something. I first went in 1977. Never went back till 1999 when we had kids. went once sometimes twice a year after that. Retired a few years ago and have been going 2 to 3 times a year since. Have also managed to fit in Nashville 6 times. Las Vegas twice New York, San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Canada in between.

9th... this year. Got December booked for 10th. And even May 2025 for 11th.

Is this an obsession? We've no desire to go to other countries parks - we love Orlando too much.

Since 1989, our first visit, we've been to WDW 20 times, DL twice, Hong Kong once, Tokyo once, DLRP 10 times, and done one Disney cruise. Just think, if I'd have saved all that money, I'd be Elon Musk now!
