Excited about Disney
|
I've always found Virgin's Retention team to be good at discounting to try to keep you as a customer. Get the best price for what you want from Sky, then phone Virgin up and say you want to submit your 30 days notice because you've had a better offer from Sky. They may not offer what you want there and then - still submit your notice though, and it is likely that they will call you back within a few days with a better offer.
Worst case scenario is they call your bluff and don't call you back, but you would then just call them back just before the 30 days are up and say you've changed your mind about cancelling. |
