It is down to when you go to bed, tomorrow we will be up at 4-20 am because wife is in work early. Even on a normal day the dog wants his wee at about 4-30 am. So it isn’t feasible to have a late night.

Usually 9-10pm. It's all down to DW! She doesn't like going to bed along. she loves her sleep it's early to bed so she can get a minimum 8 hours in. I'll stay awake until about 11pm reading or watching YouTube on a little tablet, as I only need about 6 hours sleep.

But is she's off the next day she'll stay up to until about 1am (though usually falls asleep in the sofa for an hour lol) whereas I'll get to bed about 10pm & asleep by 11pm.
A sleep in for me is 6-6:30am!

So we are over the 100 voters mark.
So far 10-11pm is the most popular hour , with 9-10pm being second most popular.
Altogether about 2/3rds of people go up between 9 and 11pm.
Only 8 people have said they go after midnight.
So far it appears no shift workers have voted, with no-one between 2am and 8pm

My sleep has been shocking for the past few years - first off it was a puppy during covid who had to be out every hour as she had giardia. Then I had peri-menopause and now it's just work stress. When I think back to how much sleep I used to get I could cry. Every now and again I get a few nights decent sleep on the trot and I feel so much better.
We could have an added poll - who has a tv in their bedroom.

worked long hours for years (leave home 6am, get back 10pm ish) so never really had a good sleep pattern.

Now retired, I’m still a night owl (it’s 00.45 hrs and I’m just about to lock up, switch off & find the cat). But I don’t get up before 8am 😂😂
N-night all 🥰

I think a better question is what time do you turn the light out to go to sleep?

A couple we are friends with go to bed 2 hours before we do, but they watch TV and read until about midnight, by which time we're already asleep.

We usually get home from work at midnight so by the time we’ve eaten and got to bed it’s 1-2am.

My 7mo also thinks 2am is the perfect bedtime 🙃
