Think it can be due to how you set up the conversion. If you manually do it its instant but if you let it do it at a set time it�ll take a while.

Also if you want them instantly sign up for auto exchange. You can turn Tesco points into virgin points instantly but if you are changing vouchers into points that does take a lot longer.
