International drive to port Carnaval

Hi

I am booked on the first sailing of star of seas in august.

We will be staying on international drive and then making way to port carnival and back to international drive afterwards.

How do you get there? Have you used a shuttle? Who was it?

Royal Carrie an have shuttle back to airport for $25 but have to show proof you are flying from airport.

We have done this several times. We always use Lyft to get from Idrive to the port. This year we pre booked while we were in vegas (part one of the three part holiday). Pick up at 9am arrived on time - we were at port before 10 am. Cost $71.72 plus tip .

We used RCI shuttle on the way back as we had an afternoon flight and got the shuttle for £18 each in a precruise sale. No need to show RCI any proof of flight?

We used a one day car hire from IDrive to the port and then picked up another car after the cruise at the port.

(Avis at Hollywood Plaza Parking Garage
8050 International Dr Ste 165 Hollywood Plaza Garage 32819)

We had the car for 10 days after the weeks cruise.
The day hire worked out cheaper than transfers.

We usually just do one day one way car hire. Lets us stop on route and be flexible on time.

Can I ask where you drop your hire car off at Port Canaveral if you hire a car for the day from International drive please? We are looking to do this next year but I cannot find a car hire company option near the port. OP we cruised with Royal at Miami in September and got the shuttle to the airport to pick up a hire car to drive back to Orlando, no proof of flight was required/requested.

Alamo is in PC right near RCL terminal and they offer a free shuttle to all the terminals. They do charge a one way fee though so watch to see if it's included in the price, some quote including some do not.

I think Alamo on I drive is in the Rosen centre.

I just pre-booked it on the Royal Caribbean App a couple of months before we sailed. We were given tickets for the bus in our room for when we left the ship.

perfect I will check the website and show it to my friend and see if we can do that, she could always grab the train down to WPB from the airport and at $25 it seems a bargain
