Just watched Glass Onion - the second “Knives Out” film. It wasn’t as good as the first, but was ok.

My husband thought it was slow, bad acting and a pile of rubbish 😆
We did too , it reminded me a little bit of Enemy Mine. Not a bad film

The four of us went to see John Wick 4 over the weekend.

Slightly stunned that, with snacks and drinks included, it was exactly £100 at out local Odeon.

It was alright... I learned that if there is a massive gun / sword / fist fight where lots of people are brutally dismembered in a packed out German techno club no one bats an eyelid - they just carry on dancing.

£100?! 🙊 that's crazy money!

We went to the cinema yesterday (£21 for seats and £7 for snacks in asda!) and saw the Mario movie, it was ok - I didn't fall asleep anyway!

Our Friend on Amazon prime, based on a true story, really enjoyed it but needed a box of tissues handy 😢

We saw Dungeons and Dragons today, DH and I tagged along with my brother and my nephews, our tickets cost £6.50 each. The movie was probably just about worth the cost. It was OK...as a child I loved the dungeons and Dragons TV animation, well if you've not seen that then don't worry as this was nothing like it. Chris Pine is charming but he's kind of a poor man's Thor. Michelle Rodriguez was great as the barbarian though, the best in the movie for me.

If you go along not expecting too much then you'll probably be fine and enjoy it.

Monster Hunter... dh didn't tell me it was based on a shoot em up combat video game... soon realised.

Not one that needs a repeat viewing though.

Monster Hunter (Netflix) - I usually like this type of movie. I thought it was rubbish and so boring. It wasn’t even one of those movies, were it’s so bad it’s good/funny.

We watched We Have A Ghost over weekend on Netflix. Both thought it was a really good family film, really enjoyed it.

Triangle of Sadness - we have watched part 1 and 2 and have part 3 to go.

One of the most surreal weird films ever - I hope part 3 ties it together more but we will finish it.
