I could just use PayPal or Apple Pay at the checkout without putting those in though (though I think the latter may include your address, not sure)

I am 99.9% sure that was not on there yesterday. I spent a few hours cross checking prices on various sites so did my full research.

Also I used my uk address and mobile number so didn’t try to hide my identity.

Just thinking out loud here but you could email / call DC and give them the booking / confirmation number and ask them to check that you are booked in on their system cos you used a 3rd party site to buy the tickets.

I’m guessing when people do buy on 3rd party sites it notifies DC right away because they only let in a certain number of people each day so would need to keep tabs on numbers

I have got my e-tickets which are in discovery cove branding. They don’t mention anything about needing to be a US resident. They do mention it being booked via undercover tourist and says to bring ID in the name of the booker but pretty sure that’s the case for most e-tickets for parks (Disney/universal etc).

I’ve emailed undercover tourist to complain and ask them to either confirm my tickets will be accepted or to give a full refund, I’m as sure as I can be that it was not on there yesterday, but it’s my word against theirs. Wish I had taken a screenshot at the time!

I think I would just use them. They sound like the ones you would get if you booked with any third party site.

Just pointing out that all CC transactions ask for an address, it's probably nothing to do with UT, the address has to match the CC it's just a security check. As it's only certain tickets/passes would they really go to the expense of setting up a system that actually checks the address over & above the standard address matches card number etc? I could understand this if it was a Florida resident "thing" but USA/Canada doesn't make a lot of sense to me

Hi guys. Just for information. I emailed undercover tourist and they came back with a reply of….. we are only selling DC tickets to US residents during Black Friday. After the deal has ended they will be back up for sale to non US residents.
I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their loss

If you email guest relations at discovery cove, they will confirm what ticket you have actually bought and what conditions the ticket has. I bought from Expedia a few years ago and the voucher didn’t mention free parking. I explained I was struggling to get a definitive answer from Expedia and I feared they may have mis-sold to me and they looked into it and confirmed back that it did include parking.

Thanks all. I decided to cancel instead as was too much hassle. I got full refund as purchased some other tickets from them for another park, so haven’t lost out and will now book on the next cheapest offer elsewhere that had no such restrictions!
