Off road buggy adventure

We are going on a Marella cruise around the Canary Islands in February. Has anyone ever done the off road buggy adventure?
My husband and children (18, 15) will love it but I am a bit wary as I would also need to be a driver! Are they easy to drive? Is it worth booking?

If you're thinking about it please double check your travel insurance policy to ensure that you are covered.
