Hollister
Hello!
Has anyone had any dealings with refunds from Hollister? I ordered a hoody for DS19 for Christmas and they have sent the wrong one. Totally different colour, and three sizes too big. I’ve just rung them and the lady could barely speak English. She said I had to wait 21 days for a refund and I had to reorder my order. Typically, the product I want is now sold out. 21 days for a refund seems excessive when they have made the mistake and apparently I can keep the hoody. I can’t regift it as it’s not really in a style that any of my friends would wear and it won’t fit anyone I know anyway. Do you think if I take it into store they will be more helpful? The lady couldn’t really understand what I was trying to tell her and I’m not convinced I’ll get my refund. First world problems I know - it’s just I know DS would have really liked what I had chosen. ☹️ (Plus I want my £55 back!) |

I did my return in store and had no issues whatsoever.

I’ve never had any issues, although I have only ever returned either via post or in the shop.
When I ordered something online and it was too big we took it to the shop and they even arranged an order of the smaller size for me. I would take it into a shop, explain the mixup and see if they have it either in stock or can order for you. Edited at 08:50 PM. Reason: Added more info |

You should be fine to take it into store and explain what’s happened.
Maybe they’ll have the one you want in store, too |
