Just wondering if anyone else has had any difficulties linking reservations and tickets/passes. Every time I try to add something the app crashes. I’ve tried everything including re-installing with no success

I’ve just tried on the wife’s phone. It does exactly the same on there too. It must be the app

I have tried on my lap top loads of times and keeps logging me out!

It is sooooo annoying

Could you try on a computer just to get it to link? I find the app quite temperamental, sometimes my booking is there and other times it isn’t! It’s always there when I log in on a computer though.

It’s been happening to me on my phone and laptop for the last week.

One of my passengers isn’t connecting to the right ticket. It’s got one of the kids names twice but misses the other off

I’ve had issues with the App before. I wasn’t able to link a hotel reservation with it but then logged on to the Website (still on my phone) and it worked. I find the App convenient but the Website works better.
