Virgin Atlantic vs Virgin Holidays - who do I contact?
So long story short, after losing this years holiday, we couldn't wait to book again...
Finally decided to book 13/3/21 to 02/04/21 initially we were going to book just flights but then on the VA website it showed you the hotel deals you could get so we proceeded to add hotel and car... All sorted you might think... Nope, not even close! So our flights were GLA to MCO on 13/3/21 direct... Just for us to find out less than 7 days later that our outbound flight is cancelled! **thanks toots82 x** So after being on hold for nearly a total of 9 hours in the last 24 hours... VA says there's nothing they can do, not their responsibility now due to the addition of the hotel and car... VH said its nothing to do with them... I've to speak to VA again!?!? Anybody any ideas on how to proceed? Or who to phone tomorrow? I appreciate people have holidays booked way before ours but the frustration of them cancelling the out bound flight is giving me huge stress and anxiety 🤯😳😭 Thanks in advance for any help or advice! Dunx xx

What does it say on booking confirmation? I've been under impression that Virgin Holidays would be the point of contact as it forms a package. From VA website
All bookings for Flight + Hotel, Flight + Car, Hotels and Car Hire are operated by Virgin Holidays. Customer Care: +44 (0)344 557 5850 (Open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-6pm) |

You're 100% correct, it says under the booking confirmation that our holiday is operated by Virgin Holidays!
