Mobile Resort/Hotel no opening date

With the news that all star sports does not have a re-opening date, I contacted Disney regarding this and the response was “at this time the options for guests whose resorts do not have a reopening date have not yet been announced. Be sure to keep an eye on your email and Walt Disney world website for updates”

Not much of an update but I hope it helps anyone else wondering

Did you call them or was this via the live chat on MDE?

Thanks. I've called and have been waiting 2.5 hours so far to get through! Can't bring myself to hang up now though. I've seen some US guests have been moved - some have had to pay and others free of charge so I guess it depends on the CM. Will be quite annoyed if they don't let UK guests...
