Premier Inn the night before

Need to book overnight stay at premier inn at Heald green Manchester for next sept
Is it better to book it that far in advance £70atm
Or wait for nearer the time. Checked for a same night in Nov and it's around £40

Premier Inn use a very clever booking algorithm that predicts costs and capacity leaving it till the last minute doesn't always work however they are being hit hard with covid so suspect they will be putting many promotions on.

May book it now for next sept. If an offer comes along I could always book at the new price and cancel the existing booking
Bit like we do with car hire

Alright mike I wouldn’t bother with the heald green one ...used it in October just gone ..the two premier inns on runger Lane are far better in my opinion and normally a bit cheaper plus closer to airport

Weve used Runger lane as a package with car parking, not sure if they are still offering but it wasnt a bad deal.

Is it near a train station.

We got the train last time to Heald green then in the morning jumped back on the train which was only 1 stop away from the airport

It’s a £8 taxi away or the two premier inns do a shuttle bus to the airport

Is that cost from the main Manchester airport train station.
Is there a preference at which of the two Runger hotels to stay at

Not really mate ...the older looking one (not the white one ) has a bath so prefer that as other one just a shower but apart from that there’s no difference...yeah I got the train last time from there and there’s a telephone what goes straight through to the taxi company...club cars I think it is ...there’s a nice pub/restaurant around the corner called the romper too...hundred times better than the beefeater the heald green one is joined onto

We prefer Runger Lane North, the taxi from the railway station was £10 in January.
