Palo Brunch on the Dream

Me again trying to double check everything and getting myself in knots

I booked the above on OLCI day.
But cannot see it anywhere on my reservation page ...is this correct ?
Or should it show as I have no confirmation of this booking

Also do you pay for this along with the rest of the bill at end of cruise?
