Australia Tasmania and New Zealand cruise

We just booked this a few days ago and are beyond excited! We have never been “down under” before, the closest we have come was our Japan, China, South Korea cruise which was amazing. This will be a new adventure!

We have three other cruises booked before this one though, so plenty to keep us busy! I think I’m slightly addicted!

It’s a fantastic itinerary- we did it in 2013 on Celebrity Solstice. We went Sydney, Melbourne, NZ, Tasmania, Adelaide, Perth. Sailing the NZ fjords is breathtaking. You’re going to love it!

Ours starts in Perth and goes along the bottom, then onto Tasmania, then New Zealand and back across to Sydney. We have hotel stays at either end too

We flew with Singapore Airlines but would also recommend Qatar and Emirates. Which ship are you on?
On our trip we had four days in Sydney pre-cruise, rented a car and went out to the Blue Mountains for a couple of days. At the end of the cruise we rented a car in Fremantle and stayed in Perth for four days. It was a back to back cruise so we had two over-nighters in Sydney on the ship so we had plenty of time to see the city.

We are on Radiance of the seas it’s Royal Caribbean, we have been on her sister ship, Serenade of the seas, before for a Greek island cruise and loved it.
This cruise isn’t until February 2020 but it is apparently selling fast so it had to be done! It is an 18 night itinerary not counting the stays before and after
