Miami airport car hire

We are flying into Miami end of July - 1st time using Miami. Reading some worrying reviews of car hire companies in Miami, particularly Hertz. Can anyone recommend which car hire company to use in Miami, that has good supply of cars and reasonable qs?

We used Alamo when we flew into Miami last November and did skip the line so was straight on the people mover and into the garage without any problems. We also had a good choice of cars in our line to choose from.

Another vote for Alamo have used them twice in Miami and had no problems loads of choice fast and easy

We have used Alamo twice at Miami, good selection of cars and had no issues. Booked with them again for August.

We've used AVIS in Miami and never had any issues. Using them again in August.

Yep, Alamo. We flew into Miami last year and the service was great. One of the fastest we've ever had and no hassle when we returned the car either.
