The on board credit should not be the first thing you look for when choosing your US TA.

More important is having someone who really knows DCL and has sailed with them multiple times. They then know the nuances of what happens and what can happen (good or bad).

Having that knowledge stands them on much better ground than a TA who just knows what they read in a booklet.

Things go wrong sometimes, even with DCL and that's when you really find out how good your TA is.
Just know that any OBC they offer is coming out of their own personal commission - it's not something they just throw around.

Having a TA to sit on the phone during opening days is a massive benefit too!
